Orders under $70 start at $4.99 to ship within the U.S. We also offer Insured and Express shipping.
U.S. Shipping (2-3 business days)
Depending on availability, orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Most packages arrive within 2-5 business days, but this is not a guaranteed service.
Delivery excludes weekends and is not available for PO Boxes.
The base shipping price starts at $2 but may increase depending on the weight of the shipment and your location.
International Orders

We are happy to provide International Shipping to our valued customers! Prices vary depending on your location and typically take 4-15 business days to deliver.
*Please note: Customs policies differ greatly in each country. By purchasing your perfume and cologne from Scentpal, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, we do not handle these charges and you may also be subject to the applicable VAT rate for your country.
Delivery Time
Depending on where you live and the time of day that you order, delivery times from Scentpal will vary. Your items may be delayed if your payment information is incorrect, so please make sure to double-check your billing and shipping address before submitting your order.
How do I track my order?
After our team has processed your order and printed a shipping label, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. You can view tracking information on the USPS website, or at Scentpal.com. If you do not receive the tracking email or cannot access your email for the shipping information, you can login to your Scentpal account and access it here: My Account.
Once you are logged in, tracking information can be found under Your Profile > My Orders > Order Tracking.

I need to change or update my address.
If you encounter any problems while trying to change your address, please submit a request with the email address you used to place your order AND the correct address you would like the order to go out to.

Why is my package still in transit?
Most packages are delivered by USPS Standard U.S. Ground within 2-5 business days. On occasion USPS is unable to meet their shipping time estimates and for that, we apologize.

You can track the location of your package here. Your tracking number can be found in the email notifications we sent you. If you are unable to access your email, you can view your tracking number from within your Scentpal account. Account log in.
My package never arrived, please help.
