Prada Candy is a new fragrance by Prada launched in August 2011. The composition includes an elegant mix of musks in the top, a sensual balsamic vanillic accord of benzoin in the heart and sweet modern caramel in the base of the fragrance.
A set of numbered Exclusive “artisan fragrances” was first offered by Prada at their boutiques and select department stores in 2003. Each scent focused on a single note—Iris, Orange Flower, Tuberose, Violet, etc. Additions to this line were made again in 2007 and 2010. Prada’s first mass market fragrance offering, Prada Eau de Parfum, was released in 2004. The Prada “Ephemeral Infusion” line, which highlighted some of the notes from the Prada Exclusive line and featured more costly ingredients, was introduced in 2007 with Infusion d’Iris
A gourmand scent combining, in excessive proportions, subtle white musks, warm benzoin and an addictive touch of caramel to create a warm and sweet vanilla perfume for women who are impossible to ignore.
Prada Candy EDP is impossible to ignore. Explosive, excessive, and sensual, this fragrance is an explosion of shocking pink and gold, combining, in excessive proportions, White Musks, noble Benzoin, and a touch of Caramel, that accord to give the fragrance a truly unique signature.
